Worst process they're having. 1. They took 1st screening call for 45mins. 2. After that senior QA took a interview for 45min. 3. The co-founder took the interview. 4. VP supposed to took an interview. But they scheduled with their project manager. 5. Project manager didn't joined the interview call. 6. 2nd day he joined and took an interview for 30mins. 7. He said he wants to provide a task to me. 8. He asked for F2F. 9. He didn't gave any task, he was just arguing about silly questions with a ego.
