Poor office culture Dirty politics to save his/her jobs No company vision Peoples interferences into other work Only 2 unskilled person there to save his and her job do politics to remove people No growth The office culture is marred by a pervasive atmosphere of negativity, marked by dirty politics and poor management practices. The lack of transparency and communication has created a toxic environment where personal agendas overshadow collective goals. Board members, seemingly disengaged, contribute to the dysfunction by displaying a conspicuous absence of involvement. Despite being registered for social work, the organization fails to make any meaningful impact in its designated area, highlighting a glaring disparity between stated intentions and actual actions.
