Worst company I have ever seen.no proper management when they get new project they hire candidates from any background.after completion of agreement of 3 months they fire and remove them from the service.they don't even pay any incentives.I did 14 bookings in Dynamix Luma Andheri Sahar Road where I didn't get any incentives from thesame.Anand Gupta(COO of they company) Vijay Mirani both are cheater in terms of not providing incentives.I have all the proof of their hire and fire policy.many employees who worked for the company religiously they didn't got paid salaries as well. This is awareness of the company please don't work with them....Read More

Anand Gupta and Vijay Mirani, partners in the company have cheated and exploited each and every employee who joined the company. Shani Tiwari is business head and Zoya khan is closing manager Even these two employees haven't been paid a single rupee in incentive. They are still working here since 2 years. They deduct salary randomlywithout any logic and calculation. Please don't join this company even if it is the last company on earth. Verbal abuse is common.
