There isn't a single good thing about this company. It's the worst organization I have ever worked for. The company lacks a proper hierarchy, and there's absolutely no work-life balance. The managers are incompetent, providing little to no guidance or support. Career growth here is non-existent, and don't expect any salary hikes either.
