Likes

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of two years before which you can not resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

If you have no job with you, then only you can think of to work at that Company. The company is run by 10 Brothers and totally managed by them. There is no power for anybody in the company.

Dislikes

Even if you get a job as Security guard, but you will be satisfied, but not in this company. Even Big Managerial Post Employees have no power or facilities given.
