Nothing here no growth only work no holidays very bad owner

Dislikes

The company should foster a supportive work environment, treating employees with respect rather than exploiting them. Hiring recent graduates at low salaries and requiring them to work from Monday to Saturday, with a deduction of two days' salary for taking leave, is unfair and should be addressed.
