Poor salary, No TA and no leave during probation period which might extend from a period of 3 months to 1 year, Poor incentive structure for staffs and that too is almost impossible for a junior staff to achieve due to the target and stock issue, too much pressure and excessive annoying reporting. Quick appraisal not possible and promotion will be slower and will take long time.

Salary pakage is good and all vivo staffs and bosses are helpful at any situation and friendly here everyone are as one family so its good to work here and peaceful atmosphere

Incentive package is less more over everything is good

I'm working here as a team leader here they gave me 13 store and I have to look after that 13 stores and maintain enough stocks and push sellout and complete my monthly target
