I appreciate Taj Group had asked me about my experience. And my expenses not good I was not happy with my seniors. But just because of some personal revenge of executive chef he made me design of organisation. I have complain against him but he forced me to take my complaint back and when I asked GM to solve the problem he directlysaid that if I have problem with a chef I can resign and also said will go to him again with this problem then he will show me in fault and he will terminate me. I have asked the top management to help me with this but insted of asking about my problem what I was surfing from they hear what GM told them. All this things forced me to resign. And I was tortured alibhai GM to take Complaint back and watch also getting mental stress because of which I was not able to concentrate on my work and also facing health issue. Resignation was the only option I was having and even no one asked me why I am resigning. I had tried for my self but didn't get any solution and resignation first the better option to come out from there....Read More
