It was a great opportunity to get a job in Taj hotels. Job security, work culture was good. It's tough to manage work-life balance when you are working as front foot of indian Hospitality industry. Otherwise i am honoured to be a Taj employee.

Dislikes

Sometime you have to face some rude senior. But it's not company's fault at all.

Manpower is not there. Salary increment is not there 1 year experience and 3 years experience only one salary 10 thousand only. They are not giving postings and salary increments

Work experience was excellent but manpower is not there tale everyday it's running only
