* No Work from home. Not even Hybrid mode. * Low pay * Non-flexible work timings * Inefficient, toothless, and ineffective HR department. HRs have to run to senior management for each single/small thing. They conduct a little exercise called 'Monthly HR Meet', which is entirely ornamental in its nature and does not bring out anything positive. They work hard. No doubt. But of no use. * You have to work from the office strictly. And what makes it worse is zero-facility office space. No pantry - No Canteen. Get a Sugar syrup coffee/Tea two times a day and sit in one place the whole day. * Chicken Coop like sitting arrangement. At times, it feels like working in the middle of a market. You can't concentrate. * In conclusion, if you consider VTS as a learning institute, it is a perfect place. But if you are considering it as a workplace, you are going to be disappointed.
