Dislikes

While Vigilant offers a great environment and career growth, there are few areas of improvement. The company does not provide cab or food facilities which can be a challenge for employees working late hours. Adding these benefits would enhance the employee experience.

No Work-Life Balance You work a minimum of 12 hours every day The sales team does not understand requirements and estimates low to get the project and in turn, puts pressure on resources to deliver PMs are just paper pushers without any knowledge of what the project is about technically, they just ask you for status without understanding the challenges.
