From the day of joining you have to start work, NO TRAINING NO INDUCTION. HR will take you to meet with your manager and after saying hello and welcome she will straightly assign you the work 🤣 Extreme work pressure from 2nd day itself. Absolutely negative work life balance. Weekends, Any holidays, Before & After office hours you have to work. Full of nontechnical people. Extreme communication gap. Horrible work environment- people does not talk or laugh or enjoy working; proper hostile environment. If you join immediate start looking for other jobs because later there will be NO TIME for you to find a job. You will be in absolute trauma. Washroom is like public toilet.
