This is my first Corporate Office, so the culture, activities, trainings ,office campus I like it though due to work pressure I end up skipping them.

Dislikes

My team management understand my skills and strengths,but still want me to be under 10year old manager,what will I gain as technical knowledge. After handling people ,project ,site, why still I have to be mere drafter just because someone has 10 to 12 projects on his head. Manager was wants 3 years experience person to handle project, whereas team management wants 23years experienced person to help. What's my gain?...Read More
