I like nothing here, HR policies are worst they are completely in favour of organisation. Worst working culture they hold incentives and increments to keep the employees within their organisation. Salaries will be credited after 6 or 7th of every month. If someone want to grow in their career then avoid vertex

Work Life balance is very very pathetic. You will learn nothing and inspite of that you will loose everything what you earnt from previous organization. Never expect salary on time. Total employees are surrounded by politics. Zero Job security, you never expect which is going to be your last day, all of a sudden they will call and tell you that today is your last day, management is not happy with your performance and this will happen after finding your alternative. Few employees are still waiting for promotions and salary increment from past 2years. non of the management or your immediate reporting boss will appreciate your work even after putting your 100% effort and bring good results to them. they never make justification...
