1. Manipulative work culture. 2. HOD's doesn't work at all, if any thing good happens then credit goes to them if anything wrong happen even after they directed people to do that they simply blame team members. 3. As the director doesn't have much skin in the business because of multiple other engagement HOD's are making fool.out of him. 4.no or next to none appraisal.

Dislikes

The Leader based out of Hyderabad was terrible. He had zero knowledge about real estate about Hyderabad, And he was only interested with Working with girls ,Always used to give bad feedback to the HO about guys working in the organisation , I know there is no point of putting these words here . As there will be no action taken against him, A female staff had complained about Him ,But no action taken against him....Read More
