My manager is supportive. But not all managers are supportive

Dislikes

They do not provide cabs to male passengers , they do not allow people to take casual or sick leaves. Very very strict when comes to taking sick leaves. If you take more than 1 day sick leave as per them you can only take it if you are hospitalized. Casual and sick leaves will not be approved if taken on monday or friday despite sharing the documents. They reduced the refreshment that use to provide. The SVP is very egoistic. We do not feel that we are working in MNC it is more like we are working under a boss not leader. He thinks that he owns the company. Male colleagues asked him about cabs for males - he is like we will give it them when there is driverless cabs. There is a contract of 2 years that is the reason, once you are stuck you cannot leave the company before you complete 2 years and 2 month of notice after that. If you leave it before that then you will not get the experience. No work from home policy, no leaves at all in end of the year....Read More
