Initially we didn't had Sales target, but everything has changed, we have to do sales now. All the possible door to earn incentives are closed or has been drastically reduced. Employer ask us not to have give up attitude, yet they are getting double the money by imposing Success team to do sales and reducing the Incentive amount to almost Nil. The company still follows culture like govt offices, doesn't suit a fast growing startup. Promotions are given based on tenurity, highly short staffed and messy. Nobody has clearly defined metrics, roles and responsibilities, leadership doesn't exist at all.Team leaders and managers are just entitled idiots who just passes on their workload to others and pretend to support the organisation on their shoulders.Terrible culture including harrasment and long hours,no respect for truly talented folks.
