there is nothing to dislike about this organization .you can learn and update yourself everyday in yours fields here but there should be no consideration of appraisal\ promotion increase.lack of plots in salary increase decisions. inflation :cost of living increases not matched by salary hikes.

Dislikes

While working at Uttkarsh classes has many positive. One challenge can managing the divorce of student in a large classes. It’s something make it difficult to provide individual attendance to everyone. Accidentally, balancing and responsibilities with teaching can be overwhelming at time. However, these challenges can also lead to opportunities for growth and improvement in teaching strategies.
