I could only tolerate them for 1 week. My fault was I didn't think before accepting the offer. 1. They Didn't brief me anything about the company work 2. No proper introduction with team 3. In interview they told me I will have a team but me being given an Manager role, I was still doing interns work. 4. HR is so polite that she herself don't know as an HR what is supposed to be done. i was the one telling her it's her duty to coordinate with employees issue. 5. They lied about WFO role (I had made it pretty clear that I'm purely looking for onsite role). The HR kept on saying office is still shifting & the owner says office is already open but first let's settle on marketing things. I felt like in 15days probation period he wanted get all the things done & get me out of there. "Because every single stuff I do he will be like let's make it quick, u are delaying things." Man first go & learn you should give a brief up yo every new employee & also PLEASE BE A GOOD LISTENER WHOEVER GOING TO JOIN PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT MAN LISTEN TO WHATEVER YOU SAY...
