the Facilities department under Swamy’s leadership is a completely different experience. He creates a toxic and uncomfortable work environment where employees feel restricted and micromanaged. Instead of encouraging teamwork and independence, he expects everyone to constantly seek his approval for even the smallest tasks, which feels unnecessary and childish. He wants people to revolve around him, creating a sense of control rather than leadership. His behavior is suffocating, and employees are forced to cater to his demands rather than focus on their actual work. If someone communicates with another department without his involvement, he starts targeting them, making their job difficult. This kind of insecure and controlling management has driven many talented employees away from the Facilities department....Read More

There is very low work life balance, irrespective of the department in which you're working, there is no timings at all, Once you join here, your Social life will absolutely get killed. Leads and Senior Managers over here are very toxic each one of them, they'll give trauma and make and it will lead you to quit the job
