nothing to like the work culture is super bad. they use rude tones to get work done. never ever join this company. very very bad place to work . although the timing is 10 am to 7 pm but they make employees work on field 13-14 hours.

Dislikes

Hedonic bosses. hire & fire culture, specially in sales, reimbursement & basic allowances are at the mercy of your immediate boss & if he thinks he wants to stop your allowances for month and year he will, even though u would have spent a pot of money on client calls.

Management is not good at allSalary is not given as much as promised, every time some deduction is made. Salary is given on variable basis, there is no fixed payment.They definitely talk about it being fixed but it doesn't happen. HR doesn't even attend calls at salary time.Whoever wants to join this company, I would say that they should work on third party payroll.But don't join this company. They call working day Monday as sturdy but they also make it happen on working Sunday. Timing will give offer of 8 pts in letter at 11 pm but will ask to work till 11 pm. No leave will be given by the company even if you are sick or someone in your family is seriously ill. They say this is your personal problem I am here to build a team, not a family....Read More
