Company Director is very good in terms of management but when you expect the same from your manager your will not get the same. Your Comp off will be rejected either by your manager or senior manager. Whenever there will be a holiday in a week your week off for that week will not be given to you. No 2 days week off because they will aslo you to work due to less sales. You will not be getting content training of the programs. You will not be getting program pitch training.
