Nothing. Because, HR & senior management delivers false commitment. Misbehave with employees. Do not take care of their employees for which every employee leaves company after 3-4months. If anyone asks for their rights, they misbehave. Worst company I have ever seen. Don't have any future. Suggest founder to close the company.

Worst behaviour with. Employees. Delivers false commitment to employees. If any employee asks for their rights they misbehave. Suggestions for founder- close the company and look for other trade. This is not your cup of tea.
