Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Career is dependent on promotions and Promotions are biased, some of employees are on Fast Track and others specially who joins UEP in mid career are not entertained properly specially in drilling and completions department. No any written policy or KPI’s to be on fast track. The only reason people quit.
