As work as low level no fair, but, if you promote & not liked by G.M. & CEO, then no Job Security You May have demotion, Transfer, No Increment in salary and not have good Appraisal. So much Politics by upper management which cause serious demaige in work environment.

Dislikes

Some teammates who are senior were excellent it you are well educated or get success in your studies which belongs to your work then you got promotion but no good salary scale if you are not liked by your G.M. you may get every kind of work which you needed.

Work Details

I worked as Assistant Accounts to Deputy Manager Accounts in this period worked all accounting Fields with individual, under some one and get Subordinates in all environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
