I worked at this organization for few months, and while CEO Qadir sir and HR Asma ma'am were supportive, the management and team leads created a toxic environment. There was a lack of coordination and proper communication, which led to high stress and poor work-life balance.They had significant ego issues among themselves. Despite the demands of the international project, team leads didn’t provide adequate support or understanding, also it was work from home but it's was like I'm not staying in home, i used to get feel I'm staying in f##king hell and even when I took leave, I was pressured to work on Sundays. The constant pressure affected my health, leading to hospitalization. I ultimately decided to quit, which was the best decision for me. My suggestion to CEO Qadir sir is to reevaluate the management and team leads, as their behavior is negatively impacting the company’s growth....Read More
