Competition is decent, But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the morning 6 o clock to night 11 clock. Manager's do not value an individual's unique strength which is why I have to take bach my suggestions most of emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals also. Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire store and logistics lofe cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield ploprations.
