They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. ...good. Canteen food is also good than any other companies i have been ever seen. Salary is received time to time. Work space is also good and clean and the security and safety provided by company is also remarkable.

Overall company is good. But I am working since last 10 years but my salary is not increased very much. I and other my colleges are hardworking employee but they didn't have given any promotion . And there is lot of politics in company. Also nepotism is seen in the company. Company should pay attention to corruption that happens in the company.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
