Since I m working in Qualcomm from Truminds, I don't have to visit truminds office. Good Job security as they give employee time to prepare while on bench than other consultant companies.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Less in-house projects. If not selected for qcom projects than either you end up on bench or in-house project. No activities like team lunch or outing etc

If you are working for Client on-site then appraisals are good.Constant program activities like cricket tournaments and team dinners are arranged.

Lack of internal projects but they are working on to bring some and trying to improve.
