There seems to be a significant amount of politics within the organization, leading to a lack of fairness and transparency. Favoritism is a common issue, with the Managing Director often taking sides with preferred employees, which affects team morale and growth opportunities.Additionally, job security appears to be unstable, making it difficult for employees to feel secure in their roles.
