Very poor culture, No HR Interaction with employees, Field staff always given lower Rating with more pressure. No defined job description, you should ask the Job Description and Location before joining. No Growth. Those who hard and Smart, will be given more jobs without any Financial benefits. No action for Idle govt employees.

Dislikes

No Growth, No Job Satisfaction, only Frustration. Tata culture is not being followed.
