Formerly GE Life, Tomorrow is the name of a group of companies that offers fixed and variable annuity products, self-invested personal pensions, and pension transfer plans to customers in the UK. The firm also offers specialist products such as cashback on lifetime mortgages, home reversion plans, and equity release income plans. These products are intended to supplement a customer's income in retirement by allowing access to cash otherwise tied up in the home. Previously a unit of General Electric, the company was bought by Swiss Re in late 2006 and subsequently renamed.
