1. Work life balance 2. My Reporting Manager was helpful and supportive 3. Colleagues are friendly

Dislikes

1. Management as a whole 2. HR policies are the worst 3. Leave is just 2 leaves/month. No concept of CL, PL or FL. 4. Not Technologically developed. They still rely on physical copies 5. During training period you have no clue of what you’ll be doing that day, no structure and last minute updates of tasks of the day 6. Pay is very less with limited other benefits (only official travel reimbursement which has a little low limit, and medical insurance will be based on your position)...Read More
