There used to be many aspects of this organisation that employees loved but that's not the case anymore. The new CEO who has taken over couple of years ago is making sure to completely dismantle the companies reputation of having good work culture, job security and competitive pay.

Dislikes

New CEO is hell bent on selling the organisation by any means necessary. In the name of making organisation more "slick and focused" they Outsourced half of the employees, sold off good products, declared random layoffs, keep announcing management strategy change every quarter, withheld promotions.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Worst company to work for. Caste based politics. I've seen my seniors differentiated based on caste. I was asked about my caste, religion by the stooges of management. I was not differentiated because I was of the same caste as the senior management and their stooges. I was completely shocked. High caste management abuse low caste employees.

Dislikes

The seniors who were hard working, talented, friendly and from whom I learnt a lot are treated badly. They are aware of this fact but can't do much but are discussing about the same with whom I use to hang out with. The global Tibco is good but the Indian pune management especially Businessworks team is whom I am referring to. The global Tibco guys dont know about this issue.
