I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the positive changes we’ve seen in Theobroma’s HR department recently. With the new team members in place, there has been a noticeable improvement in communication and issue resolution. Employees are now receiving timely and helpful responses, and issues are being resolved on the spot, which is fantastic to see. I’d especially like to highlight Mintu from the FOH department, who has been doing a great job in supporting the FOH team and ensuring that problems are addressed promptly. This is a significant improvement compared to last year, when we faced delays and struggled with getting timely responses. It’s encouraging to see how the HR team has become more efficient, and I’m happy to report that over the last six months, the support provided has been consistently good.
