The manager (Sonia) is so egoistic and too luxurious that she never allows you to grow and she can call you anytime in the midnight to remove her frustration and have double faced, I wonder why is she even there only for scrolling and scolding people. Everything in the company is terrible. Never suggest anyone join even if this is the last company left on planet Earth to work with. They treat the admin team like shit. Many people have left because of the manager Sonia and her rude behavior. There is nothing called HR or policies here. They make you call for fees and beg the parents to pay the fees. There is no work-life and personal life balance. You are expected to work from home even when you are sick. The manager comes to the office only to scroll on Instagram and do online shopping.
