1. THG INDIA expects employees to work at least 15 hours a day, with no regard for work-life balance. 2. Job security is non-existent, as employees have been fired without any reason. 3. The management is described as deceitful, with a culture of constant lies. 4. Appraisals are inadequate, with employees receiving only a 2% raise even when performing above expectations. 5. The probation period is extremely difficult to pass, with a 60% failure rate despite employees doing everything right. 6. The company claims to be creating its own entity for payroll, but this is reportedly another lie. 7. Flexible timings are a myth, with employees strictly required to be in the office from 9 am to 6 pm and expected to continue working from home afterwards. 8. Employees are afraid to speak out against the company, fearing immediate termination as faced by few in INDIA. 9. Those who question the heavy workload are fired on the same day and not provided with an experience letter. 10. Employees feel pressured to say only positive things about THG India when asked in person, out of fear of losing their jobs. 11.
