There is nothing left to like about this company.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. They make the recruiters lie to the candidates about the mode of employment, they are doing C2H hiring and selling it as full time role with TEKsystems. Management is very aggressive and uncooperative, there is no scope of flexibility. No job security for IT employees as client is god and if they decide to let go of the contractor, nothing can be done.

Its a pure recruitment and service based company. So, they don't interfere in your day to day life.

Dislikes

Every person in the Teksystems will ghost you or keep you hanging. If there is a payment issue, they'll say that they'll get back to you and won't forever. It's their personality to keep anyone and everyone hanging; leaving on their own. There was a sudden and drastic change in the work schedules, night shifts and overtime got included by the client. 40 hour per week to 84 hours per week on a rotational basis.
