HR policies keep on changing. (It's not the HR fault , but the management). No hike , don't know till when company will sustain. Very less salary as compared to present standard. Don't apply if you want a stable life. Each and every day you will have some new policy which is against the employee and management will be behave like anything .

You have to be available all time to response any urgent alerts from Clients and client will not appreciate your good work and even team is also not initiate to appreciate your work.
