We get opportunities to learn quite a lot in ALFA however, the way management treats their employees, its really awful and trust me, if you are looking for some part-time job just to pave away your time, then only I would recommended this company. Otherwise, this would be the last place you could prefer for career opportunities.

Dislikes

No job security, no Indian or American holidays except for Diwali, no proper management and no work ethics at all.

Work Details

It was exciting at the beginning but as time went by, I realised that I am wasting my time here. So, I quit and moved on...

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
