every this going to worse in upcomming years for the employees.

Dislikes

very worst working culture for the past 2 year due to new management views on employees. No job profile for employess. Every one has to do all jobs. But top executive does not knows the burdern of lower level employees. And implementing old idea as a new concept without our proper human resource. Due to family situation only employees are working here by taking all the burden.
