The management genuinely cares about the well-being of employees and encourages a healthy work-life balance. Regular team meetings and open communication channels contribute to a sense of unity among colleagues. Professional Growth (4/5): SUPER 99 values employee development and growth. Throughout my time here, I have had access to numerous training resources, workshops, and skill-building opportunities. The company encourages employees to take the initiative to learn and grow within their roles. However, there could be more structured career progression paths in place to give employees clearer goals to strive towards. Job Satisfaction (4/5): As an SEO Specialist, I have had the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects.
