This is the worst company. They make a lot of promises initially, but after a few months, when they're unable to pay salaries, they start pressuring and torturing employees. There is no company culture or empathy. The MD seems to value only people who indulge in flattery, and those who don't get insulted and shouted at. There's absolutely no empathy here. There is no job security; those who flatter the higher-ups get work-from-home benefits, while those who don't are burdened with excessive work. Before joining this company, make sure you get a detailed job description as they don’t provide salary slips, and there's zero professionalism or ethical standards. They act as if they've bought you when they finally pay the salary, pretending to be generous. It's a fraudulent company that doesn’t even have the basic decency to pay their employees properly. And then they try to dominate employees, offering salary revisions only to those who fall into their trap.Please be extremely cautious before joining this company.
