No layoffs or paycut during covid. salary increase for everyone in 2020 and again in 2021 . office also paid for covid treatment, vaccine, tests for all . New office just next to metro. timings convenient - no late working. salary is also good. surprise bonus sometimes.

Dislikes

Small place so less people to talk to. it gets many candidates with false CV, performance problems etc. they spoil the atmosphere then write all kind of false reviews when they go. company should improve interview screening. do background checking to stop such people.
