In my career nearly 4 years and 4 months, I didn’t find anything likeable.

Dislikes

MD & Director : they treat employees as servants. Employees not allowed sit in boss cabin rather stand for nearly 1 hour during meetings. Each corner of office they have surveillance camera thus eyeing each employee desk movements. Employees are not allowed to mingle ; long working hour beyond 48hours but no OT paid. Labors are given less OT rate calculation n not as per uae labor law even gratuity....Read More

Company management really to learn a lot on how to respect staff n labors. Discrimination and racism is on higher side. Back biting by company owner to managers
