Every thing is ridiculous 1). Seniors are totally unprofessional 2). Seniors are working from long time & they are not ready to adapting the new joiners , don't know but they are feeling insecure . 3). No customer interaction,every one has work & doing by own but not ready to give their juniors . 4). No induction even you have tostruggle for a month to installed a system & to open the mail id . 5) Like you will come with a positive thoughts that you are going to foreign where Indian people definately help you but things are totally opposite. 6). Meeting with no agenda..everyone are shouting on each other in front of unit & plant head , no body is talking about the solution what can we do to to resolve this issues. 7). You will be stare like you are a criminal & force you for a PDI inspection & more worst than that. 8). HR is like a katputli here . Just here for the attendance & salary distribution not here to take action against any bad activities. 9). Doing mail for asking any data is a crime ,mail is like you are using abusive language . 10). If you will ask for a data ,& if you are a new comer so there is no option for you at all that they will give you the data instantly ..you have to wait for 2 or 3 days even asking 10 time by physically too. 11). Plant is here to just fulfill the DI not to develop their employees. 12.). Giving solutions will be taken like you are hurting plant head ego . No solution excepted. 13) They are not getting the employees so they are recruiting labours in name of engineers ....Read More
