I do my work rest nothing is there to like about .

Dislikes

The work culture is too toxic , support too much inclined towards women , manager or ceo doesnt speak when needed . Manager need to treat all the staff equally, and they should speak regarding anything related to work not only mentioning the marks on appraisal form or so called increment form. No appreciation. Increment not upto themark. True and hard working people are ignored. Ego and useless manners of HR . These all things were there which made me easier leaving the company ....Read More
