Only Job Security don't have with Storeking . Rest all things are very Good. And this Job Security issue arise or came only in National Lockdown or in Covid19.. Earlier job security's is not issue.

Work Details

As Regional Manager of Maharshta State I have to take take Care of All things . But Revenue generation for organisa is major KPI thenTeam Management , Costing, Training, Channel Partner Appointment, Logistic, Warehouse, Sourcing Goods , Sales etc.

To be very honest there is a lot of politics and logistic management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting.. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
