In this situation no one understands what employyis feeling. No support , working hours extended and pay reduced. Company wants output with giving any input support Lot of money hold. Expecting a payout of my hold money since long. No work culture.

The only thing is the high incentive slabs but that too got limits to the sheets now as employees keep on earning but management is not releasing the incentives.

Dislikes

Very poor in terms of work culture & work life balance. If u ask for even week off people behave like you are asking something with them personally. One off in a week is right of any employee but that's not the case here. People sitting at higher level dont even have the manner & sense in what they are saying. No skill development what so ever.

Work Details

You never feel refresh at the job here as you wont be getting any off round the month. Management is least bother whether you are home or what they will keep on calling even after your office hours.
