Though it's going to be a fresh start but the environment I got was low. Sometimes people wants to be a part of a start up as a great opportunity but the management (Basically Some founders) are quiet act like a robot and treat you as one. Miscommunications are very much likely to happen since the blame games are on and perks are always a subject on availability or I must say planning of deductions are very much focused in all the aspects they can.
